Access and content:
Access to the Pioneer Programme content is strictly for the purchaser and not to be shared with anyone else. This also means you can not take John’s exact content and worksheets and teach it as your own.
Payments and Instalment plan:
If paying in multiple instalments you are agreeing to pay all instalments until the full price of the Pioneer Programme is settled. If you cancel the payments you will be invoiced for the full balance outstanding and our team will remove all access to the program.
There are no refunds after the statutory cooling off period of 14 days after purchase. If you have any concerns about the programme and your progress at any time just reach out to any member of the Ideas Lab team and we will do everything we possibly can to ensure you get a great result from the Pioneer Programme.
Testimonials:
At the end of the Pioneer Programme we want to share your successes! So to that end we will ask you say some words on what you've got out of the programme. This is usually on video but in exceptional circumstances can be written. Please inform us as soon as you join if this is something you are not able to do.
